Collaborative Diversity Initiative
The Collaborative Diversity Initiative (CDI) helps academic units, individuals, and community agencies find ways to work together on issues regarding diversity. The diversity representatives appointed by academic units meet with the CDI to identify topics to be addressed across campus and to develop strategies for doing so.
The CDI also produces an annual diversity report, which is designed to increase awareness of and communication about diversity within the context of the Academic Plan, for the Office of Academic Affairs. The report is published each spring, and the call for submissions is issued in autumn/winter.
